Jodi began her career on the editorial side at Cosmopolitan and Glamour, moved into advertising at agencies including BBDO and Mezzina/Brown, and worked with global brands like Bliss, Avon, and L’Occitane, where she quickly rose to Creative Director for the United States.
Drawing on this deep expertise, Jodi launched Base Beauty as a boutique agency specializing in beauty and wellness. Under her leadership, the agency has built a reputation for delivering exceptional creative solutions and shaping how the industry communicates and connects with audiences.
A sought-after speaker and industry thought leader, Jodi has been featured in WWD, Glossy, and Business of Fashion, and is a recipient of the Enterprising Women of the Year award.
