CHALLENGES:

KAYALI was activating in two of the most competitive markets at the most competitive times: New York City during Fashion Week and Miami during high-season. Showing up is not enough in those environments. The goal was to make the pop-up feel like the place to be, which meant attracting the right people, not just anyone. Influencers, editors, and consumers who would not only attend but create, post, and extend the moment well beyond the event itself.

PROCESS:

Base Beauty identified and secured a curated mix of hyper-local press, influencers, and consumers. Event pages were built to generate anticipation and make the RSVP process seamless. Outreach and follow-ups were targeted and deliberate, optimizing at every step for guests with real amplification potential. The brief was simple: the right people, in the right room, ready to create.

Solution:

We built an attendance and amplification engine. High-value influencers, editors, and engaged consumers experienced the KAYALI Café and generated real-time social and editorial coverage in the process. The strategy involved curating the right guest list for the audiences we wanted to reach. Guests were primed to post, and the content they created did exactly what it was supposed to do.

OUTCOME:

4.9 million total reach. $187.7K EMV. 116 pieces of content. 16 press hits. 1,422 RSVPs secured. Over 3,000 consumers lined up on day one, with sustained foot traffic throughout demonstrating Base Beauty’s strategic outreach converts into real-world turnout.
